Standard-range prescriptions (sphere +1.50 to &#x2212;4.25D) receive polycarbonate lenses &#x2014; impact-resistant and lightweight. Higher-power prescriptions (sphere +1.75 to +3.00D or &#x2212;4.50 to &#x2212;8.00D) receive 1.67 High Index lenses, which are thinner and lighter for stronger Rx values. You do not select the lens index &#x2014; it is determined automatically at order processing.</p>
