Can I use a discount code or promotion on my Rx order?
No. Rx orders are custom manufactured to your specific prescription and are non-returnable once submitted to the lab. As a result, promotional discounts and coupon codes cannot be applied to Rx orders.
Do both lenses ship together in one pair?
Yes. Your frame and Rx lenses are manufactured and shipped together as a complete pair. You will not receive the frame and lenses separately.
Where do the Rx glasses ship from?
