How can I return my item(s)?Updated 2 days ago

We’re sorry to hear that your glasses didn’t work out, but we’re here to make the return process as smooth and straightforward as possible.

Return Requirements

Please note that all returns must meet the following conditions:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] and include your name, order number, and the item(s) you wish to return.

  • Returned glasses must be in original condition and submitted within 30 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we’re unable to assist with returns if the glasses show signs of user caused damage or if the request is submitted beyond the 30 day window.

  • Please be aware that all items from the original order must be included in the return. If anything is missing, the refund amount may be adjusted accordingly at our discretion.

  • Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected at our facility. The inspection process may take up to 10-14 business days.

U.S. Returns

At this time, we’re able to provide prepaid return labels for U.S. customers only.
Once you contact our Customer Service team and your return is approved, you’ll receive a separate email containing your prepaid return shipping label and packing slip.

International Returns

For international orders, please be aware of the following:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping fees, duties, taxes, and customs charges are nonrefundable.

  • TrueDark does not provide prepaid return labels for international returns.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Tariff & Customs Guidance (International Returns)

To help avoid delays or additional charges, please ensure the following:

  • Clearly label the shipment as “Returned Goods – No Commercial Value” on all customs forms.

  • Include the original purchase invoice or a copy inside the package.

  • Explicitly state that the product has had no modifications or rework performed.

Once your return has been received and processed, your refund will be issued promptly. Please allow 3–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
