Once we receive your return, our returns team will review it within 10-14 business days. If any additional information is needed, we’ll contact you right away. If it has been more than 14 business days since delivery and you haven’t received an update, please reach out and we’ll gladly look into it for you. 

Please be aware that all items from the original order must be included in the return. If anything is missing, the refund amount may be adjusted accordingly at our discretion.

After approval, your refund will be issued to your original form of payment and should appear within 3-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your refund has been completed.
