We offer a 30 day, no questions asked return policy on all glasses purchased through truedark.com. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

Return Guidelines

To ensure a smooth return process, please note the following:

• Please email [email protected] to initiate your return request.

• Returned glasses must be in original condition and submitted within the 30 day return window.

• Please be aware that all items from the original order must be included in the return. If anything is missing, the refund amount may be adjusted accordingly at our discretion.

• Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected. The inspection process may take up to 10-14 business days.

International Returns

For international orders, please be aware of the following:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Original shipping fees, duties, taxes, and customs charges are nonrefundable.

• TrueDark does not provide prepaid return labels for international returns.

• We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
