We offer a 30 day, no questions asked return policy on all glasses purchased through truedark.com. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
Return Guidelines
To ensure a smooth return process, please note the following:
Please email [email protected] to initiate your return request.
Returned glasses must be in original condition and submitted within the 30 day return window.
Please be aware that all items from the original order must be included in the return. If anything is missing, the refund amount may be adjusted accordingly at our discretion.
Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected. The inspection process may take up to 10-14 business days.
International & Military/APO/FPO/DPO Returns
For these orders, please be aware of the following:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees, duties, taxes, and customs charges are nonrefundable.
TrueDark does not provide prepaid return labels for these returns.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund. No refunds or exchanges are available for prescription glasses except as set forth below.
Please note the additional following return guidelines for TrueDark prescription glasses:
- TrueDark offers full refunds on prescription glasses that are not made according to the prescription provided by you or if the lens or lenses are otherwise defective. In those cases, you may also request replacement of non-conforming prescription glasses free of charge.
- For prescription glasses that are defective in any way other than a lens defect or not made according to the prescription provided, TrueDark offers free exchanges provided that the lens in the original prescription glasses are returned and are not broken.
